I have been an educator since 1995, with experience teaching students from preschool through 12th grade and five years in school administration. I earned both my bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Educational Administration from Western Washington University. While I have enjoyed working with students of all ages, my heart is in elementary education.

As Oakview’s Behavior Specialist, I support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and regulation needs while helping build proactive Tier 1 systems that support all students. My classroom, TopCat University, is a place where students can learn, practice, connect, and reset—building skills in self-regulation, problem solving, social interactions, conflict resolution, and successfully returning to learning.
