Mrs. Dailey - Special Education Teacher

Welcome to the Resource Room!

Welcome! My name is Mrs. Dailey, and I am so excited to be part of your child’s educational journey. This is my second year at Oakview and my 11th year as an educator. As a Special Education Teacher, I am passionate about creating a supportive, encouraging, and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued, capable, and successful.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Washington University, along with endorsements in Elementary Education and Special Education. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from City University.

As a Special Education Teacher, I am passionate about creating a supportive, encouraging, and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued, capable, and successful. I believe that every student has unique strengths, abilities, and potential. My goal is to support students academically, socially, and emotionally while helping them develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to reach their full potential.

When I’m not at school, I love spending time with my family. We enjoy making memories together and staying busy with all sorts of adventures! I also enjoy baking and attempting to keep a garden alive! Gardening is definitely a work in progress, but I enjoy learning along the way.
